All our prices include UK VAT at the current rate.
The VAT amount will be shown separately on the receipt/invoice which will accompany your order.

Guarantee and Limitation of LiabilityWe guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the merchandise you receive, we will provide you with a full replacement or refund, provided your request for replacement or refund is made within 14 days of receipt of your order, and the goods are returned to us.
Discount Art shall only be liable to the customer for any faulty goods and that liability is restricted to, at our option, the replacement of the faulty goods or the refund of their purchase price. Discount Art shall not be liable for any consequential losses whatsoever.

Customer information is held by DiscountKidsArt.co.uk in encrypted form solely for the purposes of accounting and corporate marketing. From time to time DiscountKidsArt.co.uk may communicate details of special and clearance offers to customers by E-Mail. If you would prefer not to receive these or any other communication from the company, please indicate this when entering your personal data.
Loyalty Scheme
As a Discount Art member you will benefit from the UK´s first annual online art loyalty scheme. This means that every penny you spend on discountart.co.uk and discountgraphic.co.uk contributes to your loyalty scheme reward, which you can see in your membership area. Discount Art run this membership scheme on an annual basis in order to reward our customers for their accumulated expenditure over the year - the system works November to November. During November our system runs an automatic report which calculates all members expenditure levels and awards the relevant loyalty bonus. An e-mail is then sent to you detailing how much bonus you qualify for and how to take advantage of it. This year loyalty bonuses will be paid into a credit account accessible through your account at discountart.co.uk. Credits can simply be used during the payment process at checkout.
Loyalty rewards are only payable to customers who have placed 4 or more orders between November and November, and have spent a minimum of £250

Order Processing and Delivery
During 2008 over 95% of orders received were despatched on the day of receipt of order, or the following day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We hold over 99% of the products advertised on our website in stock at any time, however in the unusual event that an item is out of stock we will contact you promptly by telephone or e-mail to give you the option of an alternative product, a full or partial refund, or to wait until the ordered product comes back into stock (usually less than one week).
All orders to mainland UK addresses (except some Scottish upper counties) are shipped by overnight courier service or Royal Mail First Class Post / Recorded Post as standard. Accordingly, we do not offer premium shipping services, as we believe that our standard service is the equivalent of premium service already.
If you require next day delivery, please contact us by telephone or e-mail before 1:00pm to request this service – under normal circumstances this will not incur additional charges.
Delivery Terms and Pricing
Our Standard shipping costs to most mainland UK addresses are as follows, irrespective of size or weight of shipment:
Under £40 total order value: £4.95
£40 - £100 total order value: £2.25
Over £100 total order value: £1.00.
Timed and weekend delivery services are available, usually at additional cost. Please call us on 0845 2415646 to discuss your delivery requirements.
Some non-UK mainland and some Scottish upper counties addresses may be subject to a carrier’s surcharge, depending on the size and weight of the shipment. All overseas deliveries will be subject to a surcharge. You will be notified by telephone or e-mail of any surcharge prior to shipping and will be given the option to decline and receive a full refund.
Shipping surcharges are calculated by subtracting £4.95 from the actual cost of shipping your goods, as such all surcharges are charged to our customers at or below cost.
You will be advised by e-mail of the despatch of your goods, and should expect to receive them the following day. As our courier requires a signature on delivery, it is vital that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for delivery between 8:30 and 17:30 on weekdays. We are happy to deliver to work or neighbours’ addresses where someone will be available to receive your goods.
Requests for unattended delivery by courier will be accepted on the understanding that this will be entirely at the customers risk.

Please ensure all orders for Christmas delivery are placed by 1:00pm on Monday 21st December. Stock allowing, all orders placed before then will be shipped for delivery on or before Christmas Eve. In the event that stock is not available you will be advised promptly.
All orders placed after 1:00pm on Monday 21st December will be shipped as soon as possible, although we cannot promise that they will arrive in time for Christmas. If in doubt please give us a call on 0845 2415646.
Orders placed between Christmas and New Year may not be processed until 4th January when normal deliveries will re-commence.
Our offices will be closed from midday 23rd December until 9:00am on 4th January. The warehouse will be open for stocktaking between Christmas and New Year but we cannot guarantee to be able to take telephone calls. All telephone messages will be responded to as soon as possible.

Please note: Returns will be accepted until the end of January for items purchased prior to Christmas, assuming they are undamaged and that orignial packaging is intact.

Right of ReturnIf you have any reason to be dissatisfied with any product you purchase from DiscountKidsArt.co.uk it will be accepted for return and a refund given as long as the following simple guidelines are followed:
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000You have the right to cancel this agreement up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods and receive a full refund of their cost. You will be responsible arranging the return and for the cost of the return of the goods and their packaging. You can fax, post or email your notice of cancellation to the contact details provided on this site or your order confirmation.
Imperfect or Faulty Products
Imperfect items and those suffering from any manufacturing defect will be accepted for return under manufacturers' warranty within one year of purchase.
DiscountKidsArt.co.uk and the manufacturer concerned are entitled to inspect the faulty product for indications of misuse or failure by the customer to follow the manufacturer's storage and handling instructions.Where this can be achieved without undue delay, the customer will be sent a new, identical replacement at no expense to the customer, and any reasonable carriage charges incurred by the customer in returning the faulty product will be refunded in full.
In the event of an identical product not being available without undue delay, the customer will be offered the choice of either a refund of the price paid plus any reasonable cost incurred in the return of the product or an alternative product which will be sent to the customer carriage paid by DiscountKidsArt.co.uk. Transit Damaged Goods
